Rates are calculated on an hourly basis. There is a minimum charge of one hour. After the first hour, charges are applied half-hourly. There is no call out charge. Neither will we charge you for parking, congestion charge or driving time. There are no hidden extras. Rates are as follows:

PLUMBING & ELECTRICS:

• Mon-Fri: £50 (1st hour); £25 thereafter
• Sat: £60 (1st hour); £30 thereafter
• Sun & Out of Hours: £80 (1st hour); £40 thereafter

GAS SAFE ENGINEER & CENTRAL HEATING:

• Mon-Fri: £60 (1st hour); £30 thereafter
• Sat: £80 (1st hour); £40 thereafter
• Sun & Out of Hours: £90 (1st hour); £45 thereafter

OTHER TRADES:

• We do provide decorators, plasterers and handymen on an hourly rate, but this is dependent on the specific job, and will be quoted for when you call.

Note - Out of hours: 6pm - 10pm. We do not offer a 24hr service. Collection of materials is chargeable, but will not exceed 45 minutes.

RENOVATIONS: visits and estimates are free of charge
